Trained in the traditions of the legendary Russian Vaganova ballet school (Belarusian State Academy of Ballet, Minsk), Gleb Lyamenkoff began his stage career at the Rimsky-Korsakov Theatre in Saint Petersburg.

 

In the following years he performed and worked in France and the United States, developing into a leading dancer with a wide repertoire ranging from classical ballet to contemporary choreography.

 

After concluding his performing career, he dedicated himself to choreography, teaching and international cultural projects. His work includes creating productions in France, Monaco and Belarus, as well as teaching in Taiwan as an Associate Professor at the University of Applied Sciences.

 

In France, his pedagogical mastery received official recognition when the Ministry of Culture granted him the status of renommée particulière, allowing him to teach based on his professional reputation.

 

Today Gleb Lyamenkoff is the founder of Dance Academy Angola, the first professional ballet academy in Angola, bringing together the traditions of Russian, French and American dance schools.

 

His vision is to cultivate a new generation of artists for whom dance becomes not only a professional discipline, but also a space for artistic thinking, cultural refinement and personal development.
